Cancellation and Refund Policy
General Terms

Tickets and participation services for the Ankara Pen Show are offered for sale online. By completing the purchase process, it is assumed that you accept the pre-information form and the distance sales agreement.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related regulations concerning the cancellation and refund of purchased services.

Buyers must pay the designated fees and service charges for event participation.

The purchased service is provided at the announced date, time, location, and in the specified manner. If the service cannot be delivered due to force majeure, buyers will be informed, and the refund process will commence.
Failure to Pay Service Fee

If the buyer fails to pay the event participation fee or if the bank cancels the payment record, the seller is no longer obligated to provide the service.
Right Of Withdrawal

Buyers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of Ankara Pen Show tickets or event services within 14 (fourteen) days. The withdrawal must be communicated to the seller in writing.

In case of withdrawal, the payment will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days after the notification reaches the seller.
Exercising The Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the ticket or service price has been fully paid to the seller.

In withdrawal requests, buyers are responsible for returning tickets or event-related documents to the seller.
Exclusions The Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if there are 7 days or less remaining before the event.

If the participant's presence at the event involves specific work plans or placements, the right of withdrawal is not valid.

For services including online elements or digital materials, withdrawal requests are not accepted after the delivery of such items.
Cancellation and Refund Terms

In case the event is canceled, ticket fees will be refunded to buyers within 14 days at the latest.

If the event is postponed due to environmental or force majeure reasons, a new date will be announced to buyers. If the new date is not accepted, buyers may request a refund.
Default and Legal Consequences

If the buyer falls into default for payments made by credit card, they accept that interest and charges may be imposed under the credit card agreement made with the issuing bank. In such cases, the seller reserves the right to claim damages from the buyer.
